Ingredients

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp jalapeno
1/2 tps salt, kosher
1/4 tps dried red pepper
1/4 tps oregano
1/4 tps dried basil
1/2 tps dried italian seasonings
1/4 cup zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup summer sqush, sliced
3 spears asaparagus, sliced thinly
6 white mushrooms, sliced
2 cans S&W Organic Ready-Cut diced tomatoes
1 can S&W organic tomato sauce
Directions
Makes 8 2x4 [ieces
Brown Ground beef, add all ingredients except pasta and cheese into large sauce pan.
Simmer for two hours.
using a 9x13x2 inxh pan, spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Add layer of sauce to bottom of pan, then uncooked pasta, sauce, cheese. Repeat until all sauce and pasta are used.
Cook at 350 for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Cook an addition 10 minutes with foil removed.
Let sit for 10 minutes then enjoy!
