1/2c banana (half of banana is 60 calories)
1/2c. unsweetened soy milk or nonfat milk (about 35 calories with 1/2c unsweetened soy)
I can't believe its not real butter spray
non-stick cooking spray
optional: splenda, cinnamon , sugar free jam and sugar free syrup or nuts or different fruit

blend oatmeal in blender to make oat flour

Heat pan and spray pan with I cannot believe its real butter spray and nonstick spray
Makes two pancakes. I like to put more I cannot believe its not real butter and 2 tablespoons sugar free jam!
