Ingredients

    6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese (Hood)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 package frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
    2 sundried tomato chicken sausage, sliced (al fresco)
    1 cup Sargento reduced fat shredded mozzarella
    1 cup pasta sauce
    1 medium tomato (sliced)
    1.5 cups sliced zucchinni, par cooked

Directions

Mix together cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, and egg in a medium bowl. In a large loaf pan place 2 lasagna noodles. Top with 1/4 cup sauce. Top with 1/2 spinach mixture. Top with 1/2 sausage. Place 1/2 tomato slices on top of sausage then layer sliced zucchini. Top with 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat again. Top final layer with 2 noodles and 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 until heated through. Makes 4 servings
