Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1.5 cups fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/2 bananas

Directions

put all ingredients in blender or smoothie maker and blend well. Pour in glass and drink. For a solid snack, pour into sealable bowls and freeze.
