Ingredients

    1.5 lb round or sirloin steak cut into strips
    1 cup celery, sliced thin
    i cup onions, sliced thin

    Marinade:
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    Marinate meat 1/2 hour, grain and brown quickly in 1 tsp oil. Add celery and onions, cook 5 minutes. Combine in a bowl:
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1/2c. water
    mix well and add to meat mixture, cook 5 minutes. Serve with rice

    Just tried this recipe; LOVE IT! I didn't use the cornstarch, though, because I was out. But I'm definately going to make this again and again!! - 6/24/09
