Introduction

Ingredients

    5 C. Red Cabbage, chopped (approximately 1/2 head)
    3/4 C. Red onion, chopped (approximately 1/2 and onion)
    2 Cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    1 C. Kalamata black olives, pitted
    4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    6 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Makes 7 1-cup servings.
