I made this subbing in similar ingredients when I didn't have the exact (eg LSA for Flaxmeal). I found it really dry. I think I will add a couple of TSP oil next time to moisten it up a little. - 6/25/12

I added 2 tablespoons of low fat margarine to this receipe to make it stick together. I put it into a jelly roll pan and baked it the required time and drizzled confectioners sugar mixed with a little water on top and cut it into 24 bars. I estimate the calories at 120 for each bar. - 8/19/11

I used two very ripe bananas instead of apple sauce and omitted the honey and protein powder (adding coconut oil). Oh, and I threw in chocolate chips because I have to have them. ha! - 7/5/11
