Ingredients

    -Oroweat Whole Grain & flax english muffin - 1 Muffin
    -JIF creamy peanut butter, 1 tbsp
    -Banana, fresh, .25 cup, sliced

Directions

Put 1tbsp of peanut butter on one side of your toasted english muffin, then place .25 cup of sliced banana on it, put other piece on top and eat like a small sandwich.

    I use the Thomas' Multi Grain English Muffins which have 8g of fiber and Natural Peanut Butter. This is one of my favorite mid morning snacks. - 5/6/09
