    !/2 lb lean pork (loin), cubed small
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 - 10 oz can mushrooms, drained
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup, low salt
    1/2 cup skim milk


1. In a pot or skillet, cook pork until no longer pink over medium high heat.
2. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic. Saute until tender.
3. Stir in soup and milk, cook until heated through.
4. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
