Ingredients

    1/3 cup canned pumpkin
    1/3 cup quick oats
    2/3 cup water
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    ginger
    cloves

Directions

Bring water and pumpkin to boil. Add oatmeal and cook. Add spice.

    I think this is a great recipe! Instead of using just regular quick oats, I use a pre-mixed combination of oats, wheat germ, flax seed, and oat bran; this gives it a nutty flavour as well. I also add a packet of Splenda, because I have a major sweet tooth :) ... SO delicious! - 9/25/09

    I think I made this from the magazine or it was in Clean Eating Mag. I made as per recipe didn't like it a bit and I love pumpkin. Would have to play with the recipe, just not to my taste. - 9/11/09
