Introduction

Easy delicious taco salad for those who have to cook in a hurry at times. Easy delicious taco salad for those who have to cook in a hurry at times.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 pckg taco seasoning
    1/3 c water
    8 c shredded lettuce
    1 c mexican style sredded cheese
    1 c salsa or tomatoes
    Multigrain Tortillas (optional)

Directions

Makes 4 1/2 c servings

1. Brown turkey in a skillet & drain fat.
2. Stir in taco seasoning pckg & water. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat & simmer approx. 10 minutes. Stir often.
4. Divide lettuce into 4 dishes & layer with meat, cheese, salsa/tomatoes. Serve with multi-grain tortillas.

*You may add other toppings that you desire.
