Ingredients

    1 Whole Wheat english muffinf
    1 Large egg
    1 Slice Kraft fat free chesse
    1 Slice Healthy Choice cooked ham
    a drizzle of Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup

Directions

Lightly toast english muffin
Scramble egg, melt cheese on top
When muffin comes out of taster lay ham slice on one half. Put scrambled egg on top of ham, drizzle with syrup, add top of muffin. Enjoy!!
