Introduction

This casserole recipe came from a Quick Cooking magazine, and has been a family favorite ever since! It is heavy on the sodium content, so be aware of that before you make this. The original recipe called for french fries instead of the potato puffs, but we found that the fries got soggy, so we tried it with the potato puffs, and like it much better! Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup OR Broccoli Cheese soup
    2 cups potato puffs

Directions

Brown hamburg, drain off grease. Put into bottom of 2 quart casserole, or a 9x13 baking pan (I spray with Pam to avoid sticking.) Add the 2 cans of soup and stir well, then spread on the bottom of the pan. Top with potato puffs, Bake at 400 degrees for about an hour, or until bubbly. Makes about 8 servings.
