Ingredients

    1tbsp oil 1lb boneless skinless chicken breast 1 (14.5oz can) fat free chicken broth 1/4 cup kraft fat free ranch dressing 2tbsp flour 6 flour tortilla shells,cut into small pieces 1cup mexican style shredded four cheeses 1/2 cup salsa

Directions

1)heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.Add chicken:cook 7 minutes or until cooked thoroughly,stirring occasionally. 2)Mix broth,dressing,and flour until well blended;gradually add to chicken,stirring constantly.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat to medium-low;simmer 3 min.Stir in tortilla pieces. 3)Sprinkle with cheese;cover.Simmer 3-5 min. or until cheese is melted.Add salsa.
