Ingredients

    Cook 97% lean ground turkey and break up to add into sauce.

    Cut 1 red and 1 white red onion into 1/4 inch sqaures. Saute with 2 tbsp olive oil. Add 3 tbsp fresh chopped garlic. Once soft, add 6 oz red wine and simmer.

    In 10 quart pot pour Ragu Chunky. Add 1 can diced tomato. In Ragu jar, mix 2 eggs with 1 cup milk and add to mix. Add onion and garlic mix. Add oregano, basil, bay leaf, 1 rsp crushed red pepper, 6 tsp sugar, and cumin.

    Add cooked ground turkey to sauce. Blend cream cheese in blender with 1/2 cup of sauce and add to mix. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.

    Boil Dreamfields low Carb Pasta for a wonderful spaghetti dish....ENJOY!!!
