Ingredients

    1 cup sour cream
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 tbs flour
    3 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh
    1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Directions

In large bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, egg, and flour. Fold in raspberries and pour into pie crust. Bake at 400 for 35-45 minutes

***You can substitute blueberries***

    This was great. I used lighter versions and added blueberries, strawberries and mango to the raspberries. I used custard cups and left out the crust. OUTSTANDING! - 9/12/07
