Introduction

This salad is very tasty and helps give you your vegetable servings for the day! Very easy to prepare, the hardest part is chopping the vegetables! This recipe was made with Regular Italian Dressing because that is all I have, but fat free dressing would be even fewer calories! Ingredients

    2 cups Chopped Cauliflower
    2 cups Chopped Fresh Broccoli
    1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes
    1/2 cub Black Olives
    1/2 cup Green Olives
    1/2 cup Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 sliced onion
    1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing

Directions

Slice up vegetables and mix together with salad dressing in a bowl. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
