Ingredients

    1 cup brown rice, uncooked
    1 8 oz. can water chesnuts
    1 9.75 oz. can chicken breast
    1/2 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    a few sprays of Pam pan spray
    1/4 soy sauce

Directions

Cook rice, yield 2 cups cooked brown rice.
In large wok, spray pan with Pam. Scramble egg beaters inthe pan. Add rice, corn, broccoli, water chesnuts, and chicken. Mix well & heat well. Add soy sauce to taste.
Makes 4 apx. 1/2+ cup servings.
