Ingredients

    3 LBS Beef Roast
    1/2 C. Water
    1 pkg. Knorr Brown Gravy Mix
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
    Dash of Black Pepper

Directions

Pour 1/2 C. water into slow roaster. Place beef roast in roaster. Mix Gravy, Ranch & Itallian mixes together. Sprinkle over top of roast. Cover. Cook on low 6-7 hours. Makes 10, 4 oz. servings.

*Also great with red potatoes thrown in the roaster*

    This didn't look so great at first in the crockpot. But it turned out excellent. Don't let it cook over 7 hours, or less is better. It can dry out. I added little red potatoes from my garden about half-way through. Saved the roux for gravy for another meal. I recommend this highly. - 11/15/13
