Ingredients

    3/4 tsp seasoned salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb breakfast chops
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    3 slices of med onion, 1/8 inch thick

Directions

Place olive oil in frying pan over med heat. Season chops with seasoned salt. Place in pan with onion. Brown both sides. Then add balsamic vinegar. Lower the heat underneath. Do not cover. Simmer for approx 30 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with rice or noodles. Makes 5 servings.
