Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, cut in 1/2" cubes
    1 finely chopped clove garlic
    2 T olive oil
    3 small zucchini, slices
    1/4 t crumbled oregano
    1/8 t black pepper
    1/4 t salt
    1 c cherry tomatos
    1 can pitted black olives

Directions

Heat oil. Stir fry garlic, chicken and zucchini over high heat for 3-5 minutes. Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Add tomatos and olives. Stir in lemon juice. Enjoy.
