Ingredients

    2 medium sized cans of lowfat, low sodium tuna in water.
    half a block of 2% cheese or lowfat cheese or fat free.
    lowfat, low sodium cream of mushroom soup, (check for msg, it adds extra sodium and can be an allergen for some people).
    3 serving size box of long grain and wild rice
    seasonings to taste, no salt.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
spray medium size casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Add rice and seasonings, then add 8 ozs of water.
Stir to make sure rice is saturated.
Add drained tuna and soup, cover with cheese.
Place in oven until cheese is golden brown, and/or rice is tender.
