Ingredients

    Apples, peeled, sliced and cored
    Ripe bananas peeled
    1 tsp honey
    dash cinnamon

Directions

# of servings depends on how many apples and bananas you use.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400 or 450. Place sliced apples and bananas in dish with honey and cinnamon mixed in. Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes or until desired consistency.
