Ingredients

    1 can Cannellini Beans
    2 packages chopped frozen Spinach
    2 C 1% Milk
    4 oz Neufchatel (light) cream cheese
    Garlic to taste (about 1 TBS)
    1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 TBS Light Butter
    1 TBS Flour

    Other seasonings as desired:
    Basil
    Oregano
    Parsley

Directions

Cook and drain spinach according to package. Set aside.
In large, deep fry pan, melt butter and add flour to thicken. Add garlic. Add milk and cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and continue cooking until sauce begins to thicken. Add spinach and beans. Add other seasonings as desired. Continue to cook to desired consistency

Serve over pasta of your choice.
