Introduction

Indian dessert dish made with rice. I usually sweeten it with honey and have it for breakfast. I also prefer to use cardamom pods instead of ground cardamom, but either will work. Ingredients

    -I cup brown rice
    -4 cups skim milk
    -6 cardamom pods
    -1 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients and cook for 45 minutes or until rice is done. Remove the cardamom pods. Makes 4 servings.
