Introduction

This is a great low fat muffin I have for breakfast or put in the kids lunch. This is a great low fat muffin I have for breakfast or put in the kids lunch.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
    1 cup milk, nonfat
    4 Tbsp egg white
    2 Tbsp veg. oil
    2 Tbsp unsweetened applesause

Directions

Mix: Bran with milk- let stand 5 minutes
Add: Eggs and oil- stir until blended
Mix Together: Flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda
Combine ingredients- do not over mix
Fill Muffin tins 2/3 full- will make 12 muffins

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
