Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, devained and peeled - 1 bag of cocktail size
    Imitation crab - 12 oz. package
    Cucumber - peeled, seeded and diced
    Avocado - peeled, seeded and diced
    Oregano - dash
    V8 Juice - Low Sodium - 32 oz.
    Lemon juice - 1 cup
    Cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped finely
    Salt to season
    Salsa to season (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients except avocado, in large bowl. Mix well and season. Add avocado last and mix carefully. Serve and enjoy.
