Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can white beans
    1 can del monte corn no salt added
    1 can diced tomatoes with jalapeno
    1.25 lbs ground turkey
    2 packages of taco seasoning-low sodium
    cilantro

Directions

Brown turkey in pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning packets over top. Add all the rest of ingredients except cilantro. Bring to boil let simmer for 20 minutes. Makes about twelve 1 cup servings.
You can add cilantro at the end or put it on the table for people to add their own-it is calorie free. We usually add cheese and eat with tortilla chips-that will cost you extra calories though.
