Delicious and cool on a hot day. Can also be enjoyed on a bed of lettuces. Delicious and cool on a hot day. Can also be enjoyed on a bed of lettuces.

    8 oz Louis Kemp imitation crab, chopped
    1/4 cup sour cream, reduced fat
    1/4 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons dried dill
    1/2 cup dry whole wheat pasta
    1 cup snap peas


Combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, dill in large bowl. Chop crab meat. Cook pasta according to direction, adding snap peas the last 5 minutes. Drain pasta and peas. Add to dressing mix along with chopped crab. Chill before serving.
