    3 tilapia fillets
    3 tsp of lemon juice
    2 tsp melted butter
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp dried parsley
    pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse tilapia fllets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels
3. Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper.
4. Bake in preheated oven until fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.

    I Have Cooked Tilapia Many Different Ways This Was By Far My familys Favorite Tilapia Recipe Yet. It is also fast and easy. if you need dinner fast or dont really know how to cook you will deffinatly love this recipe!!! try it!! - 1/10/11
