    4 cups fully cooked brown rice
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t each black pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning
    1/4 sliced green onions (green parts) (optional)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    Olice Oil for drizzling (optional)


Cook rice according to package directions, cool completely.
Combine all ingredients except olive oil and mix to combine well.
Use about 2T of rice for each ball (about 32)

Serve as a side.
