Introduction

just had these ingredients on hand one day, threw it together as I've seen several other receipes like this and it was wonderful with pita chips or veggies. Ingredients

    1 can garbanzo (chickpeas) beans, drained and rinsed
    1/3 olive oil
    1 jar water packed roasted red pepper (or you can roast yourself)
    fresh basil to taste
    1/4 tsp ground cumin (to taste)

Directions

Take the can of chickpeas and put them in the food processor along with the roasted red peppers and basil and cumin. Pulse until ground. Stream in the olive oil and mix well.
chill in referigerator and serve with pita chips or veggies.
