Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground beef
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken(reduced fat was used in the recipe)
2 (10.75 oz) cans tomato soup(reduced fat was used in this recipe)
1 container cottage cheese(fat free was used in this recipe)
1 pkg. mozarella cheese(fat free was used in this recipe)
onion , spices to your liking

Directions

Fry up 4 lbs ground beef, I add onion to add flavor. While ground beef is frying take large pan and fill with water, take lasagna noodles and break in 3-4 pieces, each lasagna noodle.

When beef is done, take and drain any fat in the pan.

Boil lasagna noodles until desired consistency.

Mix soup, cottage cheese and 1/2 bag of mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Then add in beef and noodles. Stir good till noodles are all mixed with sauce.

Pour into 9 x 13 baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.

Place in pre-heated oven of 350 degrees for 20 minutes, remove from oven, place remaining bag of mozzarella cheese on the casserole. Return to oven, let cook for 10 minutes or till cheese is bubbly and starting to brown, but remove before cheese becomes too dark.
