Introduction

Ingredients

    Angel Food Cake (1/12 of 12oz cake), 12 serving (remove)
    Weight Watchers yogurt, 2 serving (remove)
    Kraft Jello-o Brand Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding, Vanilla, 39 grams (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 1 pint as purchased, yields (remove)
    Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 39 grams (remove)

Directions

Bake angel food cake as directed on box. Make Jello according to directions; add fruit to Jello. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Do not let set.
Cool cake completely. Rip into pieces put half on bottom of dish. Spread half pudding, one container of yogurt, pour half Jello then repeat layers. Put back in frig to get cold.
