Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    * Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product
    * *Almonds, dry roasted, 1 oz (22 whole kernels), slivered or chopped
    * Feta Cheese, 1 oz
    * Garlic, 1 clove

Directions

Crisp bacon in hot skillet. Remove and drain.
Add broccoli to pan with bacon drippings and stir
optional: add 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Add 3 tbs water to pan and cover to steam brocolli
After 2 mins. remove cover and heat until water is gone
Add feta and almonds, heat until feta just begins to melt
plate and garnish with bacon crisps.
