Ingredients

    4 tomatoes
    1 onion
    Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard mixed with the fresh basil and garlic.

Directions

Half tomatoes and slice.
Chop onions
Add the seasoning into the oil and vinigar and pour over.
