Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 pound shrimp
2 eggs
3 TBSP Peanut oil
1 tsp Seseame Oil
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 small onion
3 garlic gloves
1/4 tsp ginger
4 cups brown rice, coooked
1 cup corn kernels
2 TBSP Lite Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Fish Sauce
Directions
Saute chicken and shrimp in 2 tbsp peanut oil until done. Put to the side. Scramble eggs with the seseame oil. Set to the side. Add remaining peanut oil to skillet and saute peppers, onion, garlic and ginger. Add rice. Cook about 5 minutes then corn. Cook until corn is heated then add chicken, shrimp, and egg to the rice. Add soy sauce and fish sauce.
