Ingredients

    2 tbsp wholewheat flour
    4 tsp raw sugar
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 tbsp Light Vanilla Soymilk (chocolate is better)
    1.5 tbsp canola oil
    pinch of salt

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients, until well combined.
2. Pour into mug.
3. Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes or less depending on how soft you prefer it to be.
