Ingredients

    2 sm. cans tuna, chunk white albacore
    1/2 c. long grain white rice
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 can cream-o-celery soup, not condensed
    1/4 c. Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1 1/2 oz. Boulder Canyon Potato Chips, kettle cooked (any flavor)
    2 1/2 oz. cheddar or colby cheese, lowfat

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients and spread evenly in an 8x8 glass pan. Crush the potato chips and layer on top. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of that. Bake for 20 min. or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings, approx. 1 1/4 cups each.
