A tasty burger, great on the BBQ! A tasty burger, great on the BBQ!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    800 grams Extra lean ground beef
    12 Ritz Chips (any flavor crushed)
    4 tbsp egg beaters
    1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix

    1tbsp BBQ sauce brushed on while cooking

    1 slice fat free cheese per burger
    whole wheat bun

Directions

Preheat BBQ to 375 or medium heat.
Makes 7 4oz burgers... mix first four ingredients and shape into 4oz patties

Melt cheese on burgers in the last few minutes of cooking.

Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and desired condiments. Keep in mind that these things will add calories to your burger.
