Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
2 med. potatos, cubed
1 cup of corn
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
dash of black pepper
dash of red pepper
2 bouillon cubes
1/4 cup water
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings
1. Put ground beef and onion in a large pot. Set heat to medium and allow beef to brown. Add turmeric as beef cooks.
2. Once beef is brown, add cabbage, potato, corn, spices and water. Reduce heat to low and cover.
3. Simmer on low until potatoes are cooked.
Curry is best served over rice.
