    12 oz Whole grain Rotini pasta
    4 oz fresh baby spinach
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup Fat Free Italian salad dressing
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 oz. shrimp
    8 oz reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese


1. Cook Rotini pasta according to package directions (omit salt, and oil etc.). Rinse with cold water and drain.

2. Grill shrimp on skwers, or saute on the stove

3. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl

4. Add pasta and shrimp, mix well
