Ingredients

    8 oz. uncooked whole wheat macaroni
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 10 oz. package frozen vegetables of your choice
    1 clove garlic
    1 10 oz. can low fat or organic cream of mushroom soup
    ¾ cup low fat milk
    1 ½ cups shredded part skim mozzarella
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Dash of ground nutmeg
    1 6 ½ oz. can tuna, drained
    8 cups salad greens
    4 tbsp. salad dressing

Directions

Cook macaroni and set aside. Meanwhile in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook vegetables and garlic for about 2 min. Add soup to skillet, stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, pepper and nutmeg and heat until cheese melts. Then stir in tuna and macaroni, heat through. Serve with salad.
