Ingredients

    1 lb of Shady Brooks Turkey Chops
    1/2 cup of Eggbeaters
    1/4 cup Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    Garlic Powder
    Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    Italian Seasoning
    Salt
    Pepper
    (All seasonings to taste)

Directions

1) Mix cheese and seasonings with bread crumbs.

2) Coat chops with egg beaters. Press bread crumb mixture onto chops.

3) Place chops on pan coated with olive oil cooking spray. Light spray tops of chops with spray also.

4) Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until done. Turn chops halfway through baking.

    1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs like Progresso. I usually use store brand though.

    Incredible!
    Good tasty recipe though I don't believe ww pts are correct. 8oz of chops alone are 5 points . You don't need 1 cup of bread crumbs I used half and still had too much leftover. I will try just 1/4 cup and all the other ingredients the same. I think 2 servings is more like 7 pts - 6/6/13

    can you use pam to spray pan then put olive oil on pan then place the turkey chops on pan - 10/21/12

    Very Tasty ! I added some wheat germ toto reduce the amount of bread crumbs needed and did not use salt - i used the Mrs Dash spicy flavor. - 5/8/12
