Ingredients

    1 1/4 C. Pancake Mix
    1/2 Cup Hemp Milk
    1/2 cup water
    1 egg
    1 large banana
    1 cup peach slices (from can or fresh, no juice)

Directions

Mix together everything but the fruit until the batter is smooth. Chop in chunks of Banana and peach, then lightly stir until well mixed - do not mash the fruit.
Cook on sprayed pan or griddle.
Makes 18 - 2 inch pancakes. Or use a 60 ml scoop (1/4 cup) to make 11-12 3&1/2 - 4 inch pancakes. If your recipe makes 12, count one pancake as 1&1/2 servings.
