red peppers 1 c chopped
green peppers1 cup chopped
onions 1/4 c chopped
mushrooms 1 cup sliced
marinara sauce 1 jar
mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded
Directions
Brown chicken in pan sprayed with Pam, lay in baking dish 13x9. cover with chopped veggies and sauce, bake for 1 hr at 350 deg. top with cheese and bake for 15 min. or until cheese melts. makes 8 servings 1 breast each.
