Ingredients

    Minced beef 454 gramme
    Mushroom 200 gramme
    Onion 1 large
    chopped tomato 400 gramme
    tomato puree 1 cup
    Chill powder -to taste
    Jalapeno peppers - 1 cup or moderate to taste
    White or brown rice 700 grammes
    extra light olive oil

Directions

Serves 5 people
chop mushroom and onion and brown in olive oil
add minced (ground ) beef chilli powder peppers
cook for three to five minutes then add tomatoes, puree,and additional liquid as required - water.
Cook for 10 minutes - add kidney beans and simmer for a further 10 minutes
Meanwhile prepare rice
and serve...
