Ingredients

    1 med sweet potato or yam, peeled and coarsely chopped
    3 med carrots sliced into thick chunks
    2-3 tbs. water

Directions

Cover sweet potato and carrots with water and boil for about 20 min until carrots and are very tender. Drain and put into the bowl of food processor with the water. Puree until very smooth.
