Ingredients

    2 tsp old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
    3 tsp wheat bran
    4 tsp non-fat milk
    3 tsp whole wheat flour
    2 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp unsweetened applesauce
    2 tsp egg beaters
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a ramekin or single serving container sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Allow to cool before enjoying!

    Yummie!!!
    I made some change, instead of eggbeater I used liquid egg whites, half of the sugar, no splenda, only 2 tsp whole rye flour and 1 more tsp bran.
