Introduction

Ingredients

    * 100 ml Milk, 1%,
    * 50 grams Fruit of choice, frozen, or a little 70% + dark chocolate melted and cooled
    * A dash of Agave Nectar or your preferred sweetner to taste

Directions

Pour very cold milk into tall vessle (mixture will triple in volume)
Whizz with a strong handheld mixer with a flat disk blade add fruit (small pieces of fruit can still be frozen) and a little agave nectar as soon as mixture thickens. Should be consistency of whipped cream.
